Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-22
Courier Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) available through two channels — the refund path depends on where you purchased.
Purchased on the web (Paddle)
Payments are handled by Paddle.com as our merchant of record — checkout, billing, receipts, and refunds are all executed by Paddle.
- If the service does not match its description, or you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charged after cancelling), you can request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
- How to request: reply to the Paddle receipt email, use the link inside the receipt, or write to [email protected] from the email you used at checkout. We usually reply within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days.
- Cancelling: any time from Desk → Manage subscription (the Paddle customer portal). Cancelling stops future charges; Pro features remain available for the paid period. Cancelling by itself does not refund the current period.
Purchased in the iOS app (App Store)
In-app subscriptions are sold and charged by Apple, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple — we cannot view, process, or initiate App Store refunds.
- To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com (or contact Apple Support) using the Apple Account you purchased with; whether and when a refund is granted is governed by Apple's policies.
- Cancelling: iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; after cancelling, Pro features remain available for the paid period.
- If you accidentally subscribed on both channels, cancel one of them and pursue any refund through that channel's path; write to [email protected] if you need help.
Notes
- Free features — the local iOS app, the web archive, monthly digests, full export, and account deletion — never cost anything.
- Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory rights in your jurisdiction (such as the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right where applicable).
