The service
Courier is an iOS app that relays Apple Health data and personal notes to destinations you choose. Courier Cloud is an optional subscription-backed service providing hosted storage, a web archive, and AI-generated summaries.
Not medical advice
Courier presents your own health data and AI-generated commentary about it. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it for health decisions; consult a qualified professional.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials. Don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it to store unlawful content.
Subscriptions and refunds
Courier Pro can be purchased through two channels with different sellers and management paths:
- On the web (Paddle): sold by Paddle, our merchant of record; billing, invoices, taxes, and refunds are handled under Paddle's buyer terms, and you cancel or manage the subscription in the Paddle customer portal from your web account page.
- In the iOS app (App Store): sold by Apple under the Apple Media Services terms; pricing and taxes are as shown at App Store checkout, you cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, and refunds must be requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) — we cannot process or initiate them on your behalf.
One channel is enough — please don't subscribe on both; if we detect overlapping subscriptions we will prominently prompt you on both surfaces to cancel one. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period, after which the account simply returns to the free plan — your data is unaffected. See the refund policy for details.
Your data
Your content remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time. Accounts inactive for 12 months are deleted after an email reminder, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service at any time; the app's self-hosted endpoint mode works without any account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing language
This document is written in Simplified Chinese and provided in English for convenience. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between language versions, the Simplified Chinese version prevails.
